First off, don’t confuse
"Bandwidth Limit" with Bandwidth (Speed of data transfer).
Let us consider that you have hosted a website. Now when some one tries to access your web page from any place, the following things happen..
The request will be send from the user’s machine to server (where the website is hosted) The server fetches the data of the web page and sends it to the machine from where the request came. The amount of data that is send from the server is measured in terms of Bytes. The data transfered for every such request is calculated and summed up. The total size of data that can be transferred over the period of a month is usually controlled by the web hosting provider called as "Bandwidth Limit". With "BiAnz" the bandwidth limit is 20 times that of the space purchased. If you have purchased 10 MB package you get a bandwidth limit of 200MB/month. For a small site with just few thousand visitors every month, it will not cross the bandwidth limit and is not required to bother about the same.
What if my bandwidth limit exceeds the permitted level ?
Exceeding Bandwidth Limit:
Customer’s who exceeds the allocated data transfer ("Bandwidth Limit") for the selected hosting plan will be given notice by email to upgrade the plan or purchase extra data transfer.
If you decide not to increase the "Bandwidth Limit". When your site hits 100% the server will no longer accept connections to your site till the end of that month.
Additional Data Transfer:
You can always increase the "Bandwidth Limit".
Additional data transfer can be purchased at Rs 20/Month/100MB.
Can I upgrade or increase the web hosting space at any time?
Upgrading Hosting Package:
You can add additional web space or upgrade to a higher hosting package at any point of time.
Additional web space will be charged as follows:

If you want to increase web hosting package for more than 6 months - you will have to pay the difference amount in full. Say, If you want to increase the hosting package from 10MB to 20MB for the next 8 months, you will have to pay an additional amount of (20MB 500Rs - 10MB 350Rs) 150Rs.

If you want to increase web hosting package for less than 6 months - you will have to pay the half of the difference amount. Say, If you want to increase the hosting package from 10MB to 20MB for the next four months, you will have to pay an additional amount of (20MB 500Rs-10MB 350Rs) 150Rs/2=75Rs.

Once upgraded, accounts can not be downgraded.
How many E-mail ids can I create in a hosting package?
Email Accounts:
Your limit for email account is only the space you have purchased.
You can create as many accounts with in the purchased limit.
Let us consider that you have purchased a hosting package of 20MB. If you are allotting 1MB for each email account, you can create a max of 20 mail accounts.
If you are allotting 2MB for each email account, you can create a max of 10 mail accounts. You can create each email account providing a space for it.
You can upload the files using either FTP softwares or by File Manager in cpanel.
Option 1:
Using FTP softwares.
We suggest you to download free tools like filezilla or coreftp and connect to the site using sitename, username and password. Then upload the files under public_html/ dir
Option 2:
Using File Manager
Login to your cpanel.
- Go to tools -> File Manager
- Go in to the folder /public_html/ by clicking on the folder icon
- Now select 'upload files' link and upload your files.
